FREEUKHOSTING.NET reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone.
FREEUKHOSTING.NET do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any national or local regulation.
Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of FREEUKHOSTING.NET.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material

Domain Registration |
| FREEUKHOSTING.NET does not guarantee that your domain is available or has been secured / registered in your name until you receive the registration confirmation email, this can be up to 48 hours after completing the sign up process on FREEUKHOSTING.NET. In the unlikely event that your domain is not available following the sign up process we will contact you and offer a refund or the option to choose another domain name. |
Unlimited Use Policy |
| High bandwidth usage: FREEUKHOSTING.NET offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very large ratios of bandwidth per customer. In rare cases, FREEUKHOSTING.NET may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, FREEUKHOSTING.NET reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers |
High Resource User Policy |
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.
FREEUKHOSTING.NET may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When a website found to be monopolising the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, FREEUKHOSTING.NET reserves the right to terminate the account giving one months notice.

Payment Policies |
All accounts are invoice or prepay basis (at our discresion). All pricing is guaranteed for the term of prepayment. FREEUKHOSTING.NET reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due each anniversary month or period following the date the account was established. Any account not brought current within a week of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. Invoices for those customers who pay by cheque will be sent via e-mail 3-4 weeks before payment is due. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies FREEUKHOSTING.NET in writing for a request for termination of services. All payment is in U.K. Sterling. Members who have not transferred domains away by the 360th day of hosting are liable to pay for 1 years hosting before the domain is released.

Cancellation |
| FREEUKHOSTING.NET reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and paid by FREEUKHOSTING.NET if FREEUKHOSTING.NET institutes its right of cancellation. If cancellation is caused by customer's violation of these policies, then no refund is due. Customers can cancel service any time but no refund of payment will be paid. Customers who cancel their subscription to web hosting will have their site deleted within 6 hours. |
Indemnification |
| Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold FREEUKHOSTING.NET harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable fees asserted against FREEUKHOSTING.NET, its agents, its customers, officers and any employee's, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FREEUKHOSTING.NET against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with FREEUKHOSTING.NET' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from FREEUKHOSTING.NET's' server. |
